Had you decided not to come 2,000 years ago, would the Bible and its wonders have the attention they receive today?
Had you decided not to come 2,000 years ago, would Sundays ever be designated rest days?
Had you decided not to come 2,000 years ago, children and adults the world over wouldn't have Christmases to look forward to.
Had you decided not to come 2,000 years ago, what good would Good Friday and Easter do?
Had you decided not to come 2,000 years ago, would we have so many seasons and reasons to celebrate?
Lord, had you decided not to come two millennia ago,
I'd be left stranded not knowing where I go from Planet Earth.
How would I then look forward to seeing you again or
perhaps join you in mid-air adventure to Planet Heaven,
had you decided not to come?
Would you rather that He hadn't come?
